The photo projection bracelet is one of the most surprising personalized pieces of jewelry one can receive. A photo invisible to the naked eye, revealed by a phone's light, engraved forever into a stone. Here is how it works, and how to choose the model that will truly suit them. How does a photo projection bracelet work? The principle is both simple and fascinating. When you place your order, you upload a photo: a portrait, a family picture, an image that holds meaning for you. This photo is laser-engraved inside a translucent synthetic stone set into the bracelet. The engraving is invisible in ambient light; the jewelry then looks like any other elegant bracelet. It is only when you hold a phone's flashlight directly against the stone that the image appears, projected onto your palm or a white surface. The effect is always striking, even for those who know what they are about to see. It is this secret and intimate side that makes this piece so special: only the wearer knows what it contains. Which photo should you send for optimal results? Not all types of photos are equally well-suited for projection. For a clear and legible result, choose a photo with good contrast between the subject and the background, taken in good natural light. A close-up portrait works very well. Avoid dark or blurry photos, or those with too many background elements that would make the projection difficult to read. Upon ordering, our team systematically checks the quality of the photo before starting the laser engraving and will contact you if necessary. Is the engraving permanent? Yes, the engraving is permanent. It is laser-etched directly into the material of the synthetic stone, which ensures the image does not fade over time or with daily wear. This is one of the great strengths of this type of 316L stainless steel jewelry: it is built to last.
