What are the delivery times?
Each piece of jewelry is carefully personalized using a unique manufacturing technique. Production times may therefore vary depending on the chosen model and customization options.
For information:
- Jewelry with photo projection or engraving: approximately 2 to 4 business days for production
- Custom laser-cut jewelry: approximately 4 to 7 business days for production
These estimates may vary from one piece of jewelry to another. The timeframe for each model is indicated directly on its product page, under the "Shipping and delivery" tab.
Once your jewelry has been crafted and shipped, please allow generally 6 to 12 business days for delivery to metropolitan France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
You will receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
What materials do you use for your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made of 316L stainless steel, a material valued for its strength, durability, and ease of care.
Depending on the model, several finishes may be offered: Gold, Rose Gold, or Silver. The materials and finishes available are always specified in the features of each product.
Are there any delivery charges?
Delivery is free on orders over €40, unless otherwise stated during certain promotions. Below this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and will not exceed €1.90.
