What are the delivery times?

Each piece of jewellery is carefully personalised using a unique manufacturing technique. Production times may therefore vary depending on the chosen model and customization options.

For information:

Jewellery with photo projection or engraving: approximately 2 to 4 business days for production
Custom laser-cut jewellery: approximately 4 to 7 business days for production

These estimates may vary from one piece of jewellery to another. The timeframe for each model is indicated directly on its product page, under the "Shipping and delivery" tab.

Once your jewellery has been crafted and shipped, please allow generally 6 to 12 business days for delivery to metropolitan France, Belgium, and Switzerland.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
