Quels matériaux sont utilisés pour vos bijoux ?

Nos bijoux sont fabriqués en acier inoxydable 316L, un matériau apprécié pour sa résistance, sa durabilité et sa facilité d’entretien.

Selon le modèle, plusieurs finitions peuvent être proposées : Or, Or Rose ou Argent. Les matériaux et finitions disponibles sont toujours précisés dans les caractéristiques de chaque produit.

Puis-je me doucher ou me baigner avec mon bijou projection photo ?

Nous vous déconseillons de porter votre bijou projection photo sous la douche, dans le bain, à la piscine ou à la mer.

Même si sa structure est en acier inoxydable, l’eau et l’humidité peuvent endommager la perle contenant la photo ou le mécanisme de projection. Pour préserver votre bijou et la qualité de l’image, pensez à le retirer lorsqu’il risque d’être exposé à l’eau.

Le rendu de la photo dans la perle sera-t-il bien net ?

Oui, une photo de bonne qualité permet d’obtenir un rendu clair, net et facilement reconnaissable dans la perle.

Pour un résultat optimal, choisissez une image nette et lumineuse, avec le sujet principal bien visible au centre. Les photos trop sombres, floues ou prises de trop loin peuvent perdre en précision une fois intégrées au bijou.

Comment ajouter ma photo ?

Cliquez sur le bouton « Ajouter votre photo » présent au-dessus du bouton « Ajouter au panier », puis sélectionnez l’image souhaitée depuis votre téléphone ou votre ordinateur.

Avant d’ajouter le bijou au panier, vérifiez que la bonne photo apparaît dans le récapitulatif de votre personnalisation.

Comment commander plusieurs bijoux avec des photos différentes ?

Personnalisez d’abord le premier bijou avec sa photo, puis ajoutez-le au panier.

Revenez ensuite sur la fiche produit, ajoutez la photo destinée au deuxième bijou et ajoutez-le à son tour au panier. Répétez cette opération pour chaque personnalisation différente.

Avant de payer, vérifiez que chaque article et chaque photo apparaissent correctement dans le récapitulatif de votre panier.
